Refunds/Exchanges/Returns Policy

Before placing an order please be aware that colours and sizes may not look exactly as they do on your screen.  This will be determined by the colour settings on your computer.  We will not accept returns on items that 'don't look like they do on the website'.  You are welcome to contact us if you need any clarification on any products.

Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days from date of delivery. No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages.

If you would like to exchange an item, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.  This is not negotiable.

If you wish to cancel the order you will receive a full refund subject to certain terms and conditions.

To obtain a full refund you must:

  • return items undamaged in the same new condition in which they were dispatched and in their original packaging
  • ensure we receive the returned items within 14 days (South African buyers)
  • bear all the costs of returning the item to us


  • customers are required to keep all the original packaging for returns
  • items that are dead on arrival will be sent back to our suppliers in order to get a replacement unless stated otherwise.

  • items that develop a fault within the warranty period will be sent back to our supplier for a credit or replacement depending on the supplier's instruction.
  • we will arrange to have faulty devices picked by our courier and it is up to the customer to be available when the courier arrives. Otherwise client will have to pay for any additional courier costs after a failed pick-up.
